Interpretation of drawings
   * Have you lost track and don’t know what is going with yourself and in your life?
   * Would you like to know how to deal with your situation?
   * Would you like to identify what stops you from doing what you want and how to overcome your fears?
   * Would you like to get to know yourself better and grow as a person?
Art Interpretation is based upon the following convictions:
   * Drawn or painted images reveal information about the person who made them. The subconsciousness is expressing itself through the images without taking the highway through the mind.
   * Shapes, colours and symbols are part of a universal language with which every human being is born. They can be interpreted regardless of a person´s age, gender, education or cultural background.
   * The work of an Art Interpreter is to translate into words what the images express.

How does it work?
You make a series of seven coloured drawings based upon specific themes. These drawings serve as a diagnosis. Depending on what is discovered, you, together with the therapist, decide in what areas to focus.
Guided by the therapist, you make new drawings which lead to more insights, and, with time, to the direction you wish for.
Art Interpretation therapy is cognitive. That means that the present situation is the focus and solving the problems the objective.
You don´t need artistic talent!
Instructions for the first series of drawings:
The seven themes that you will draw are: a house, a tree, a boat, a flower, your family when you were little, your present family and finally a free drawing.
Use one paper per drawing, at least A4 size. You may use the material of your preference: crayons, water colours, pencils etc. It is important that you have access to ALL the colours even though you may choose not to use them all when you are drawing.
