We are a Swedish-Mexican team with a long professional experience of working with individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds. We are life coaches who guide you in finding your place and mission in life, and we support you in the process of creating your life the way you want.

We give individual sessions and also organize programs for groups. With our variety of tools and talents we put together the program that you long for: from therapy to shamanism – you choose!

We are both psychotherapists, but with a strong spiritual focus. We use modern therapeutical techniques, alternative methods and shamanistic knowledge.

ANNA

Anna is a skilled Humanistic Astrologist with years of practice, as well as an experienced Psychotherapist within Gestalt. She works with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Bach Flowers and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and is a perceptive Dream Worker. One of her most important tools is her strong intuitive side.

Anna left Sweden at the age of 20 and co-founded Piña Palmera, a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, at the Mexican Pacific Coast. She worked as Director for the center for almost 20 years, before she decided to dedicate herself fully to guiding people on their transformational journeys. Anna’s specialty is helping to remove blockages of all kinds, leading to a freer expression. Anna receives you in her office in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico and she also gives astrological readings and therapy sessions on telephone with Skype.

REBECKA SOFIA

Sofia is an enthusiastic and inspiring Therapist and Spiritual Coach. She uses symbols as a powerful therapeutical tool through drawn images and Tarot cards, combined with her strong intuition that perceives you on an energetic level. Sofia also works with Emotional Freedom Technique and does traditional Mexican cleaning of spaces. She has a practical pedagogical background with extensive experience of working with people of all ages and different cultures. Her inner voice brought her to Mexico after a deep existential crisis. She immediately felt at home and decided to stay. Here she further developed her capacities of creating and manifesting her own life. Her mission in life is guiding people in the process of overcoming fears, in order to develop more freely the capacity of creating and manifesting your own life.
