CHAKRA ACTIVATION

This is a powerful therapeutical course on the chakras. We activate the chakras and eliminate blockages through the use of drawings, colours, music, meditations, visualizations and Emotional Freedom Technique.

FLOWER ESSENCES

Flower essences are herbal infusions or decoctions, made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely address emotional and mental aspects of wellness. The first 38 flower remedies were formulated by a British physician, Dr. Edward Bach, in the 1930's, although new remedies from other plant species are now available.

LAW OF ATTRACTION: INTENTION RETREAT

This is an exciting three day retreat in the Zapotec mountains. We combine modern techniques and ritualistic knowledge together with traditional ceremonies in collaboration with a Zapotec shaman. Have the courage to encounter your dream!

LIMPIAS

Limpias (which literary means cleaning) are very common in Mexico and in many families it is conserved as a tradition that is passed from parents to children. It consists of cleaning the aura of the person and there is also a cleaning that is done to the home of the family. The purpose of the cleaning ritual, or limpia, is to get rid of negative energies that if not taken away can cause physical ailments.

The limpia varies from region to region and also depends on the tradition of the ethnic group the family belongs to. Usually it is done with incense like copal (a type of resin) and the person who does the cleaning passes an object all over the body of the person receiving it, while praying.
Nowadays it is common to use chicken eggs, but other objects like feathers, aromatic herbs or a candle are also used. To clean the home burning copal together with chili and other aromatic herbs is a widespread method.

With us, you can choose to receive different kind of limpias, and we also teach you how to do it to yourself in an easy and efficient way, using traditional Mexican tools.

We also do limpias on spaces, and you are free to contact us for help with energetical cleanings in your home or at your office.

TEMAZCAL

The temazcal is a sweat bath similar to the sweat lodge of American indians or the sauna in Finland. It is a cleansing ritual that heals you on all levels; spiritual, emotional and physical.

The name temazcal, or temazcalli is made of two Nahuatl words, temas, which means bath, and calli, meaning house. Although the Spanish conquerors did their best to wipe out this custom, they failed. The custom was preserved secretly in remote places, as much of the other traditional medical practices.
The temazcal is a microcosmos reproducing in itself the characteristics of the universe, the macrocosmos. In the temazcal we meet all the elements: earth, wind, fire and water.

The entrance of the temazcal is low and small, and through it we enter a small, dark, warm and humid space, in this way recreating the uterus, cutting off the outside world and giving us a chance to look inside and find ourselves again. Our re-emergence through this narrow opening represents our rebirth from the darkness and silence of the womb, a truly transformational healing experience.

TRADICIONAL SHAMANISM

We offer the possibility to spend some days in the Zapotec mountains. Temazcal, limpias and a traditional Velada ceremony performed by a Zapotec Shaman are included.
