Activate the chakras through music, colours, meditations and visualizations.Work with your personal and spiritual growth.
Become aware of the individual blockages that prevent you from developing fully.
Work with these blockages through the process of drawing and EFT.
Program
1-7th workshops:Work your way through the seven chakras, using health checks, drawings, music, meditations and visualizations, focusing on the colour of the day and ending every session with a liberating ritual that corresponds with each chakra. Â
